I too would like to know how pass prices can be given cheaper to Sun Holidaymakers & why owners cannot buy discounted passes for their guests.
Although in reality I still can't see why you would want to pay for the priveledge of spending money in the venues on prices that are already high!!
Carvery price £9.95 when locally you can get much better for £5.25!!!
Oh I do like to be beside the seaside

Keith.
Is it possible to raise how they decide investment. Our park has had nothing on facitilities yet others who already had an owners lounge and good swimming pool, crazy golf etc.. Have been upgraded yet WB nothing.

I know other parks have had the same comments on here.
Thanks

Not pre-empting Keith's visit or reply from Hemel ----- but just for info. I was told it was to do with previous years van sales? And each GM is given a budget to stay on target. (I know PV has put some right money-saving schemes in place. Like a coupleof gallons of white paint being given to ground staff and told to paint anything that moves --- including the ivy sticking through railings!) Kid you not.....

This is the list (so far)

Topic List for Hemel Visit

1. Park Wide Wi Fi
2. Venue Capacity
3. Venue Sound Levels
4. Quality of Cabaret (Notification of ALL ‘Star’ Acts at Beginning of season).
5. Park Developments (or lack of)
6. Bourne Discount (Value being eroded every year)
7. Owners to get paper bills BEFORE charges applied to account.
8. Cost of Funwork Passes for Owners
9. Security to check all passes when entering venues
10. 28 th Feb – Why despite Hemel directive did at least two parks (Church Farm & Thorpe Park) open venues?
11. Water Meters - any plans to introduce? Can owners have their own installed?
12. Swimming Pool temperatures – usually too cold on most parks.
13. Park season length – Any possibility of seasons being extended so all parks have same season.
14. More ‘things’ for owners during ‘closed’ months. E.g. one venue open at weekends, Swimming pools, Christmas/New Year Parties.
15. Timing of Owners Swim etc – Too early for most owners.

18. Ramtech Discount & cost of maintenance
19. Grading of caravans
20. Haven Staff to have larger/clearer name tags
21. GMs to have an 'Open Clinic' e.g. during Owner's Breakfasts

Wow !! This looks as though you might have to leave it with them for a while keith....lots of things on here and all relevant. Will you be sending a copy to Hemel for them to prepare answers in advance and look into some of the points raised?
