In the 2016 Haven Brochure each park has its own description that will suggest the type of park it is.

Presthaven - "All action family fun and miles of golden sands"
Hafan y Mor - "All action resort nestled on the Welsh coast"
Quay West - "Hill top escape by Cardigan Bay"
etc.

The parks used to be colour coded to identify the park type, but now they seem to be moving more towards each park being a "Family Park" so I don't think they are going to specify types in the way they used to.

Thanks.

Keith , I am also confused about why presthaven that is an all action park is rated as 3 star when most of the others are 4 star parks. I am worried that they are not doing much to improve some of the things that owners are concerned about on this site because they don't feel they need to. primrose valley is my other option but we really do like wales. do you know what their longer term plan is for presthaven in terms of upgrading it to a 4 star like the other sites.

Maybe you owners on presthaven are too forgiving and don't kick up enough fuss.surely you should be told about timescales of future plans for upgrading. I will certainly be asking when I visit this year and if there are no plans to make it 4star in 2017 I will not even consider any haven.for such a big park it should be at the forefront when upgrades are being planned

terrymw.don't matter what park your on they'll tell you what you want to hear, then they'll do what they want..if you buy a van then after all the crap they tell you decide to leave they'll give you nothing for it..your stuck on a site with a worthless promise and a worthless piece of metal...your better off moving on a 4 star park to start with..you'll be OK unless you get a gm that runs it into the ground...lol

Just a thought ste, I was looking at a popular topic "owners views at PV". Somebody mentioned about not being able to watch a European football match so they went outside to a filey pub. Through this media, what if every owner on every site made a commitment to eat and drink off site whenever they were planning a night out, and could this have a big enough impact on BL's profits.
