What are your thoughts on outdoor pools & Lazy Rivers etc

A great idea every park should have them even if their use is limited by the British weather.

A great idea, but I would prefer to have them 'under cover' so they can be used all season.

I'm not interested I don't use the pool facilities.

Outdoor pools etc - Good idea?

Post by Keith » 2 years ago

Many of our parks have outdoor pools and/or Lazy Rivers. In view of the British climate what are your views on these facilities?

we have a lazy river at Reighton Sands and it seems to be any opportunity they get to close it and they will.

Despite protestations from owners it is already closed for the rest of the season and so far October has had some of the best weather!

I agree, we had better weather last weekend than we did for most of the summer!

Yes, but how much more would site fees rise to cover that?
