buying privately

Post by PauldN » 4 years ago

Does anyone know if haven make extra charges or charge higher site fees on caravans bought privately? I am thinking of buying a static on one of havens yorkshire parks and would like to explore all avenues

Yes, you'll pay around £500 per year extra in site fees if you buy privately. Though the savings you'll probably make will outweigh that by some distance!

Yes, any chance for Haven to make money at owners expense is always offered.
