Privilege cards at another site

Post by HappyValley » 3 years ago

Hi
I have given my daughter, but not her husband, a privilege card for the season for Primrose Valley. They are going to Wild Duck in Norwich to see a funstar show but will they need a priv card each, or can one sign the other in?
thanks
Liz x

No, unfortunately the Privilege card holder CAN NOT sign anybody in on another park.

The T&Cs for Privilege cards state:
Entry to park and owner facilities
The Card can be used to gain entry to the Owners facilities at your home park only, but it can be used to gain entry to the general facilities and entertainment venues at any Bourne Leisure park.
You cannot use your Card to obtain friends and family passes or to attend owner events when you are visiting another park.
When visiting another park, you can use your Card to play unlicensed cash bingo where you pay a single participation fee for the whole day. At Devon Cliffs, Primrose Valley, Craig Tara and Presthaven we operate licensed cash bingo and you may only use your Card to play at the park where you own your holiday home.

Thanks for that Keith, I thought that was the case but I needed a quick answer for my daughter. Luckily I have one card left so that will be for him then. Thanks again, Liz.

Hi Harry,
Yes you do, they swipe your card twice, once for the discount and the 2nd time to take payment.
Thanks
Simon

Just to clarify the discount system.

You do not get the 15% added to your card in the way we used to.

Now if you load your card with £10 your card balance will be £10 and not £11.50 as it used to be.

However when you take your card to the till your bill will be reduced by 15% (on all qualifying products) and you are then free to pay the balance with funds already on your Privilege Card (as fabiasimon said) or by cash or another card e.g. your debit card.

You can not top your card up on another park, but you can still get the discount, also if you have money on your card you can not use this money on another park just your own park.
