You have got me thinking and now I am going to ask my past guests if they purchased the funworks passes, if not would they have if they had been cheaper!

I think it also depends upon the park's location as well as if there is a lot to do locally it makes sense not to buy passes for over a £100 and use local facilities.Doesn't seem to make sense business wise.Rosie

I know Madi has said that the fun works passes are under review but I do hope that if any changes are made, the rules will be rules and will be across the board and not open to each individual parks interpretation as whats happened with the privilege cards i.e. some parks will allow any card holder sign in up the 3 guests and other parks will only allow the actual owner. I should be the same for all of us, many owners have felt let down by BL regarding this issue of parks applying there own rules!.

As a new owner this season, I find the whole concept of all the different passes totally confusing! I certainly don't understand why you have to pay an exorbitant amount of money for a pass to allow you to spend money which ultimately lines BL's pockets. It's a strange notion- a bit like paying an entry fee to go into Tesco's to do your shopping.

Thats a very good comparison. also I have to say that apart from when we go swimming its hit and miss if you get asked for passes, some friends of ours paid for passes and were most annoyed when people just walked in and were not asked for passes to get in the complex, maybe they should only be required to get in to the clubs and swimming pools and made the cost more affordable, a lot of our friends only want them for swimming they never go in to the entertainment as you can hardly ever get a seat, its hot and they only ever seem to cater for kids entertainment

They only seem to check for passes from about 18.00?

Any other time of day you can walk in and out as the fancy takes you.
