Hi

I'm new and considering buying a used van privately on RS.
What is the legal procedure, what are the fees and what do Bourne charge/need if I decide to buy from another owner?

Any help or advice please.

Have you read the HOF guide? the procedures are given in there but any prices/charges may have changed
